About Aizawl as an IGNOU regional center
IGNOU regional center Aizwal was established in December 2000. The regional center holds 9 study centers in Shillong. At present, Aizwal delivers 8 regular study centres and 4 programme study centres. The objective of this regional center is to provide higher education to students at different levels of society. Through distance learning, students are required to pay less in tuition fees than in regular courses or at universities.

Contact Classes: Every month, the Aizawl center provides study support to IGNOU distance students.
